NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Lamar Township, Clinton

County, PA will consider a request for a curative amendment submitted by Ervin and Annie

Stoltzfus to amend the Lamar Township Zoning Ordinance to add single-family detached

dwellings as a permitted use in the Highway Interchange District, at the regularly scheduled

Board meeting at 148 Beagle Road, Mill Hall, PA 17751, at 7:00 p.m. on June 3, 2025. A

complete copy of the request is on file and available for inspection at the same address.

Any and all interested or affected parties are invited to attend and/or present comment on the request.
